Events Coordinator

 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Represents the Club for Classroom booking Services – Club booking rep.
  • Writing a concise event report on Mycommittee after each planned event
  • Organizing potlucks and socials for the executive team + members and for the SRP students
  • Working with the Vice President to plan events and do major logistics
  • Coordinating with the GL Officer/VP Internal for any event happening at the Global Lounge
  • Liaising with the VP Marketing and Photographer for events promotion
  • Working with the member base to put together events
  • In case of no/lack of member base, works with the Vice President to put on events
  • Write a short monthly report on personal goals, activities, tasks completed and/or suggestions, for the month (To be compiled at the end of the year for future committees).
